The FavorPrep™ 96-Well Plasmid DNA Extraction Kit is designed for high throughput isolation of plasmid DNA. The technology is based on alkaline lysis followed by adsorption of DNA onto silica membrane in the presence of chaotropic salt. The extracted DNA can be used in a variety of applications such as PCR, cloning, sequencing, in vitro transcription and labeling.
